DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Lead a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all functions
  • Select and implement a top-tier ATS to streamline hiring
  • Build and inspire a high-performing recruitment team
  • Strengthen employer brand to position company as a preferred employer in Europe
  • Implement succession planning for leadership continuity
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
  • Tailor recruiting practices to European market nuances
  • Lead recruitment for senior and executive roles
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and marketing for strategic alignment

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Experienced in European recruitment markets
  • Skilled in succession planning and talent pipeline development
  • Strong employer branding expertise
  • Solution-oriented and positive communicator
  • Collaborative team player with stakeholders and talent teams
  • Confident in representing the talent team and company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and implementation of ATS systems
  • Talent acquisition leadership in fast-paced environments
