The Client

Our client is a growing Asset Management firm based in London and has a proven record of Investment capabilities covering a broad range of Investment Products.


The Role

The successful HR Associate will join a small HR team and will work closely alongside the Head of HR, providing HR support and advice across the organisation.


The HR Associate will confidently lead on monthly Payroll Processing for the HR team and annual scheme renewals (GLA/GIP/PMI/Health Cash plan) and be point of contact for Benefits Broker.


The HR Associate is to lead on pension support including Re-enrolment processes while supporting annual salary review process including benchmarking and administration of salary and bonus letters.


The HR Associate will support the Head of HR during the recruitment and selection process and the ongoing review and improvement of recruitment practices, including EDI strategies.


The HR Associate will be familiar with the onboarding and leaver processes. Preparing offer paperwork, managing induction processes and conducting post-placement and leavers interviews.


The HR Associate is to maintain and keep up to date with HR policies and procedures including EDI policy and staff Handbook.


The HR Associate will be expected to develop, implement and support learning and development initiatives and put into place development plans based on employee appraisals.


The HR Associate take on a general HR support role including, staying up to date with HR emails, providing advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring employee records are always up-to-date and other ad-hoc jobs when required.


The Candidate

2-3 years solid HR experience working in a similar corporate environment.


Professional HR qualification or working towards (ideally)


Solid experience running Payroll essential


Solid experience of Benefits/Pension enrolment - essential


Knowledge of employment law.


High degree of IT literacy & MS Office applications


Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally


Ability to work under pressure and adhere to timescales
