Full Time - Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite from London

  • Are you a seasoned HR Business Partner with varied Change Management experience?
  • Do you have specific experience in the Public or University Sector?
  • Looking to be a part of an exciting, large scale programme of change, developing future ways of working, leading on service design and consultation processes?

This is a great opportunity for a strategic HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager or HR Change specialist to join a significant project on the London University scene. Over the last 12 months, this Higher Education institution has gone through significant growth and change, a theme that continues into 2025. As a result, they are looking to bolster their HR/People team to drive and embedding this change.

Working with the wider project team this role will support with a range of restructuring consultations, working closely with senior stakeholders across corporate services and the department heads to review proposals for future ways of working, workforce planning etc.

If you have significant experience within the Public Sector or University Sector, then this is a great opportunity to join a significant project and work amongst a group of high performing HR professionals on a large scale change project.
