HR Manager, Professional Services, Financial Services, CIPD, Part Remote
HR Manager required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. This role is mainly remote and you will be based in the office circa 1-2 days per week.
The first preference would be for you to come from a Professional Services background. Alternatively to this could be the likes of Financial Services, Engineering or Contraction. You will have good, solid Employee Relations skills too. It is also very important that you have C-Level / Partner Level Stakeholder Management experience.

Ideally professional services experience, or FS. Engineering / construction type companies can also work. Good generalist experience and they need to also have ER experience as this will be part of the role.
Experience required:
- Ideally educated to degree level and/or CIPD qualified or working towards completion of CIPD qualification;
- Experience of working within professional services useful but not essential;
- Proven experience of employee relations issues and taking a pragmatic approach to managing them.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice;
- Proven experience as a credible and assertive HR business partner influencing up to Partner level;
- Proven experience of developing effective processes and suggesting new ways of working;
- Comfortable with systems with an ability to make commercially based recommendations on the basis of MI.
