A leading indie production house are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover.

Supporting the production of groundbreaking TV, this role partners with the scripted labels side of the business as well as the finance team. It is a great time to join as they are going through a period change which is drumming up a lot of exciting project work - no two days will be the same!

This is a full generalist role covering everything from leading the junior HR team, to supporting with Employee Relations, Learning & Development and recruitment. You'll also have exposure to the data side - managing the HRIS (Workday) and supporting with payroll and freelancers. You'll also be partnering directly with CEOs and MDs of the productions houses, as well as the CFO to drive change and lead the People function internally.

The ideal candidate will be a confident HR lead with a breadth of knowledge, ideally from a media or creative background. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with C Suite. Demonstrated ER exposure needed, particularly around change and restructures.

The team are based in West London 3 days a week, with occasional presence needed on productions where needed.
