A Family Office is looking to recruit a Russian speaking HR Manager into a newly created and leading role within the organisation.

This will be a remote working and stand alone position. The successful candidate will be responsibility for all the day-to-day HR matters including managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development reviews and career planning as well as offboarding when necessary.

In addition, working alongside the Principle, you will be instrumental in developing the culture of the organisation as it grows, building out the HR function.

About you:

  • You are an experienced HR generalist
  • You have experience from within the family office / financial services industries
  • You have experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
  • Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to be effective across all levels within the business.
  • You have experience in HR processes and employment law knowledge and the ability to draft and review HR policies.
