Reed HR are working with a professional services company based in Central London to recruit a HR Manager on a Permanent basis. This job will work on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and from home each week.

This job is a Senior Level HR Manager role where the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of the overall people strategy within the company. Partnering with Line Managers and Business Partners, you will lead and develop the operational HR Advisory service to deliver a premium experience for employees across the whole of the employee lifecycle. 

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: 

-    Contribute to people strategy, driving high quality interactions and establishing seamless processes-    Build and establish effective relationships with Senior Leadership teams and partners, to deliver smooth and efficient operational HR services-    Lead on employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, and redundancy processes-    Play a key role in initiating and leading people change programmes-    Manage employee performance including appraisals, reviews, performance plans, and coaching. -    Line manage a team made up of HR Advisors and Administrators, continuously building capabilities and technical competence, providing development and growth opportunities-    Undertake any additional adhoc duties or projects as required 

This is a professional and demanding senior level HR Manager role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within an established HR Management capacity previously, ideally where you have line managed sizable HR teams. You will be CIPD qualified and be confident to work across the whole range of the operational HR remit.
