HR Manager 

Salary: £60-65k per annum

Working Hours:  37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 2:30 pm (flexibility required) - potential for some hybrid working 

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the HR team with our fantastic client on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension.

This role would suit a true HR Manager who has a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure and will report directly to the HR Director.

This role is crucial for supporting restructuring and requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day employee relations cases, contract onboarding support, and more.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the HR Director, supporting across the full HR spectrum.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing and redundancies.
  • Supporting on various HR related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR related projects as directed
