What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will work closely with the Group HR Director to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction throughout the organisation. Your skills will be essential in managing employee relations, ensuring a supportive workplace culture, and ensuring the well-being of the workforce. This position presents a unique opportunity to be a trusted advisor to management on a variety of HR matters within a high-energy setting.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain employee engagement during times of change.
  • Assist managers with performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Handle complex cases, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
  • Promote mental health and well-being initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and compliance of HR processes and practices.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions based on the latest HR trends and employment law.
  • Support various employee groups and initiatives across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefit cycles, including salary reviews.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner, or Senior Advisor.
  • Relevant degree or CIPD qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and excellent employee relations skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail with superb multitasking skills.
