Reed HR are working with a Financial Services company based in Central London to recruit a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis. Salary circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. This job will initially be fully office based, with the intention of introducing the hybrid working model in the new year, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.

The main responsibilities of this job are to provide the full HR Generalist support to the Business. You will be accountable for the whole employee lifecycle, including advising managers and stake holders, recruitment, payroll, Employee relations, performance and various projects as required. 

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: 

-    Act as an escalation point for any and all HR queries from employees and line managers across the business-    Manage all employee relations casework, including complex casework such as Disciplinaries, grievances, sickness/absence cases etc. -    Review and update Policies, processes and procedures as required and in line with current and new Employment Law and Legislation.-    Line manages a small HR team, including all development and performance related processes. -    Over see processes including new starter, leaver, absence and sickness, reporting and more. -    Lead on recruitment processes end to end, including job qualification with managers, advertising roles, sifting CVs, sitting on interview panels, through to successful offer stage.-    Undertake any additional adhoc duties or projects as required 

This is a professional and demanding HR Manager job, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within the Financial Services or Banking sectors previously. You will be a competent HR Generalist with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
