HR Manager HR Manager – Central London – £45k-£60k (DOE) – Hybrid working – Start ASAPOur client, a boutique advisory firm based in Central London, is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing the HR function within a dynamic and growing firm. If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace, we want to hear from you!Role and Responsibilities:As the HR Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and line management, providing expert advice on People solutions such as appraisals and performance management. You will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business needs, and develop HR policies to support broader objectives.Key responsibilities include:
  • Championing continuous improvement in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding practices.
  • Leading employee relations cases as necessary.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a dynamic HR team.
  • Analysing HR data to produce reports that inform future strategies.
  • Evaluating and enhancing Employee Reward and Wellbeing programs.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s vision.
Desired skills & experience:
  • Previous experience in an advisory, consultancy, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • CIPD or other relevant HR qualification.
  • Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior leadership role.
  • Strategic HR experience with a proven ability to diagnose where HR can add value to the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A committed line manager, passionate about team development.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting and interpreting crucial data for reporting.
