- Championing continuous improvement in Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding practices.
- Leading employee relations cases as necessary.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a dynamic HR team.
- Analysing HR data to produce reports that inform future strategies.
- Evaluating and enhancing Employee Reward and Wellbeing programs.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s vision.
- Previous experience in an advisory, consultancy, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- CIPD or other relevant HR qualification.
- Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strategic HR experience with a proven ability to diagnose where HR can add value to the business.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A committed line manager, passionate about team development.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting and interpreting crucial data for reporting.
