Reed HR are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the employee lifecycle for this educational organisation. You will play a critical role in delivering the organisational Strategy and managing the HR Advisor team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational HR activities across all divisions.
- Provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Manage and develop the HR Advisor team.
- Handle complex employee relations cases.
- Ensure accurate payroll administration and management.
About You:
- CIPD qualified (preferably Level 5 and above).
- Proven leadership and line management experience.
- Comprehensive HR Generalist experience.
- Expertise in employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
This is a permanent position and will be full time on site
