Your new companyYou will be working for a brilliant Mental Health charity in London, as an HR Manager on a 1 year FTC basis. The role is newly created, and will interview on 23rd/24th January, to start immediately. Salary will be £46,630 - £48,630 per annum, working 35 hours per week, with 2 days in the office.Your new roleThis role will report to the Head of HR, within a wider HR team of 11, and is required to both; manage the HR Advisory team of 2, and to oversee your own complex ER caseload, coach/upskill/advise managers on TUPE, restructuring etc.

  • Lead the HR Advisory function through the line management, coaching and mentoring of 2 HR Advisors
  • Each HR Advisor has a dedicated client group, and manages roughly 4 ER cases at one time
  • Cover caseloads if HR Advisors are on leave etc
  • Oversee and manage all escalated/complex ER cases, working with Unison trade union
  • Coach and advise managers across the organisation in relation to TUPEs, restructures, redundancies
  • Work with managers to understand their priorities, and help them to become self-sufficient
