HR Manager
Location: West London - Onsite
Temporary: Immediate start
Duration: 3-4 months
Hourly rate: £25-£30 p/h
Role Overview: Our client have engaged us to support them in finding them a People Manager who can join the HR team on a temporary basis to support with the day-to-day people operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Employee lifecycle processes
- Provide employment law and HR advice to senior leadership team
- Support with Employee Relations cases
- Support with HR strategy projects
- Manage recruitment, contracts, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and rewards
Requirements:
- HR Management experience
- Previous experience at manager level with an excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Knowledge of Employee Relations, contracts and policies
- Strong communication and organisational skills
