Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Global Professional organisation on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of HR for corporate functions, your main areas for responsibility will be Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Management whilst incorporating DE&I Initiatives.

This is a full HR Generalist role and will support the firms strategic priorities. You will need excellent stakeholder management at senior level as you support the firm's partners to create the people strategy, coach and support partners, create a pathway for high performers and much more.

For this particular role we require previous experience in a similar large complex matrix professional services organisation (Law, Accountancy etc etc) You will need to have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders, challenging the norm and providing solutions.

Key experience required:-

  • Previous experience in a similar level role
  • Extensive line management experience
  • Experience dealing with senior partners
  • Expert in delivering HR strategy
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of ER
  • Background from large global complex professional services firm
  • CIPD Qualified
