HR & Payroll Operations Manager - £90-100K plus bonus - 12 month FTC - Marble Arch

My client is a leading financial services firm with a reputation for excellence in all that they do.

Due to a maternity cover they are seeking a HR & Payroll Operations Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC.

To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -

  • have a proven track record of both HR operations experience and UK payroll experience
  • have had exposure to global mobility and shadow payrolls
  • be confident to liaise with a cross section of stakeholders
  • have a lead by example management approach
  • ability to think strategically and be adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • have experience of payrolling benefits
  • intermediate level of Excel
  • strong HR ops background with a desire to constantly evolve both team performance as well as continuous improvement within the function
  • be flexible to work from the office 3 days per week
  • availability to start in January/February

Experience within financial/professional services will be highly regarded.
