Amazing opportunity to join this global independent creative agency who are on the lookout for an ambitious and switched on People Operations Manager.

This newly created role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of people processes. You'll work on a number of exciting projects across various aspects of the employment lifecycle including HRIS, benefits etc.

You'll be part of a collaborative People team, who aim for excellence and deliver the best experience for all our employees. The role will report directly to the People Director.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, someone who is very familiar with the employee lifecycle and a natural problem solver. You'll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones.

They want this person to be systems minded as the role will predominantly be focused on owning the HRIS end to end, data & reporting as well as process improvement and leading on operational projects such as compensation reviews & planning, performance management etc.

This role is based in central London and requires 3 days in the office.
