HR Operations Manager | £50k-£55k | Permanent | Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in London

Altum are currently supporting a charitable organisation dedicated to providing support to members of the community struggling with mental health challenges. We're seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead on the efficient running of HR processes across the organisation, supporting their mission and people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
  • Be responsible for HR systems and data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Support HR projects on wellbeing, diversity, and staff development.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven HR operations experience within the charity, non-profit, or broader public sector.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR systems, policies, and employment law.
  • Experience with developing and embedding ED&I focused strategies/policies
  • Management experience desirable
