The UK's ambitions extend further with the creation of a strategic consulting business, designed to serve the complex non-business needs of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This new venture offers services across education, investments, entertainment, health, and legacy management, with plans to expand significantly in the U.S.

Role Overview:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR processes across the organisation. This role requires an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and compensation. The primary focus will be on optimising HR operations and supporting strategic HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and development, benefits and compensation.
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal requirements and align with best practices.
* Provide coaching and support to managers, helping them lead their teams effectively and drive performance.
* Serve as a neutral and objective point of contact for employees, addressing all matters with discretion and confidentiality.
* Play a key role in management initiatives such as succession planning, employee development, and leadership programs.
* Partner with the broader HR team to support strategic people related projects and initiatives.
* Ensure HR administrative processes are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with best practices, providing timely and accurate HR services.


Required Experience, Qualifications, Personal Qualities and Skills:
* Extensive experience as an HR generalist in operational HR roles, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
* Experience leading HR operations in a small but growing organisation, particularly with high-performing and intellectually challenging stakeholders. Has previous experience of managing others and exposure to best practice HR processes and frameworks.


* Degree and/or Master's level education.
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
