HR Policy / Operations Manager, Insurance, London City, 2 / 3 days a week in the office, initial 6 month FTC Your new companyThis role is working for one of London's largest insurance firms, who have grown considerably over the past 3 years through mergers and acquisitions. Now looking for someone to join their HR operations teams on an initial 6-month FTC to look at their policies, processes, systems and end of end HR operations. The key role of this task is to make sure all polices and processes have been harmonised post-acquisition to ensure parity throughout the HR life cycle. Your new role

  • Creating process efficiencies and improvements through HR ops, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
  • Writing policies and cross-referencing multiple organisations policies
  • International communications for HR Related topics, including benefits, performance management and policies
  • Reporting and metrics relations to policy and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Background in employee relations, policy, and/or HR operations
  • International communication skills, demonstrable background of senior stakeholder management
  • Recent experience of working in Insurance OR Financial Services
  • Ideally, experience of WorkDay
