HR Policy Consultant | REMOTE ROLE | December 2024 | Competitive day rate | Part-time or full time

This HR Policy Consultant role for a non-profit organisation will deliver an essential piece of policy work for their Inclusion and Fundraising teams. This piece of work will further support the various organisation's that they provide essential advice and guidance to with regards to providing inclusive and supportive workplaces to those who are hearing impaired.

Key Deliverables Include:

  • A fully developed HR policy audit framework with an EDI focus
  • A pilot audit report using the framework on our client's Colleague Support policies and processes
  • A detailed user guide for applying the framework to future clients

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience delivering similar projects - policy audits
  • Strong knowledge of EDI principles, employment law, and industry best practice
  • Ability to design structured, adaptable audit tools
  • Excellent project management and communication
  • Experience of auditing with a focus on deafness and hearing loss is desirable

Please note this role is a fully remote that can be worked on a full-time or part-time basis provided all deliverables are completed by December 2025.
