HR Project Manager - Organisational Restructure

6 Month Initial Contract

£700 - £750/Day - Inside IR35 (Umbrella Only)

Hybrid working Model - 2 days/week on site in central London.

This is a great opportunity to work with a London Based hard hitter in the financial services sector. The position will be central to a major Organisational Restructure which is now entering the implementation phase.

The role will involve co-ordinating, driving and leading the change, business readiness and working closely with the comms team.

This Senior Project Manager will need to provide regular updates and packs into the CEO.

This position is not a technical PM role and will be looking for a more delivery focused individual.

Candidates will need the following experience to be considered for the position:

  • Strong Senior Project Management background
  • Worked previously on enterprise wide HR transformations/People change
  • HR background or HR transformation experience
  • Excellent senior presentation skills
  • Able to communicate effectively within both a verbal and written capacity.
  • Willing to occasionally travel to other offices
