In this role, you’ll support HR projects through data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting, while driving improvements in the payroll system and related functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design templates and consolidate data, ensuring accuracy and clarity that aligns with P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and KPIs that inform and guide decision-making.
  • Craft detailed reporting packs for senior management, complete with valuable commentary.
  • Enhance the efficiency of existing models and systems to better support HR objectives.
  • Create standardized reporting tools for the group, facilitating consistent communication across various territories.

 Requirements:
  • Experience as an analyst, particularly with complex HR-related data and reporting, understanding its connections to finance and operations.
  • Expertise in developing meaningful KPIs and reports from various HR systems, showcasing business performance.
  • Proficient in data analysis for headcount reporting, budget forecasting, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Skilled at producing senior management reports that align with financial metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data manipulation and reporting.
