I am urgently seeking an experienced HR Change specialist to work for my Higher Education client in East London. The role is for 6 months to the end of July 2025 with a start ASAP on a salary in the range of £53,000 to £58,000 per year. It will involve hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and will support the organisation through several change programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing all elements of change within the University sector, covering -

- Redundancy

- Voluntary redundancy

- Job changes

- Restructures

- Efficiency improvements

- Supporting the Head of ER with putting consultation papers in place

- Leading on consultations
