I am urgently seeking an experienced HR Change specialist to work for my Higher Education client in East London. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing all elements of change within the University sector, covering -

- Redundancy

- Voluntary redundancy

- Job changes

- Restructures

- Efficiency improvements

- Supporting the Head of ER with putting consultation papers in place

- Leading on consultations
