A health charity are looking for an Interim Head of HR to support on an initial 3 months, to lead the HR function through a transformation phase whilst having strong technical hands on capability. The role is to transform and modernise the HR department. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Description

An Interim Head of HR to:

- Be responsible for the overall HR function

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes

- Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS

- Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling

- Support an organisation through a large transformation period

- Modernise and transform the HR function

- Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities

- Looking at maintenance and system improvements

- Role details to be confirmed and discussed

- Strategic and hands on role

- Act as a trusted partner to the SLT and wider organisation

- Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures

- Lead change management

- The role is very technical, requiring strong investigation into the data and high attention to detail

- Larger focus on technical processes and detail

Profile

An Interim Head of HR with:

- Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable

- Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience

- Available to start within the next month

- Strong technical hands on experience
