MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruit a Interim Head of Reward and Policy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of a full range of pay and reward employment policies. You will also help in the development of reward strategies for the organisation.

The role acts as an internal expert consultant to the Remuneration Committee and to Trust Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Directorates on individual Reward issues.

You will lead on HR policy development including policy, procedures and systems in relation to Benefits and Pay.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • A background in the development of pay and reward policies
  • Previous experience in the NHS (Local Government or Wider Public Sector may be considered)
  • Experience and understand of public sector pay and reward policy
  • Experience of pay and reward systems
  • The ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders

This role is to start at short notice and will be hybrid working, which will require 2-3 days on site. This role is considered inside IR35.
