We are delighted to be working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim HR Change Managers until the end of the year.

Like many organisations, the Metropolitan Police are going through a large organisational restructure so we are looking for true HR Change Specialists who have carried out this process end to end on numerous occasions that can be demonstrated on their CV.

These are very hands on roles so we need people who are experienced at physically carrying out every step of the process rather than overseeing it at a higher level.

You need to have vast experience at large scale consultations, be confident with FAQ's that will arise throughout and be resilient to deal with any challenges along the way.

You need to have excellent engagement skills with experience in holding engagement sessions or focus groups.

This is a hybrid role and your base will be Scotland Yard 3 days a week (there may be the occasional need to go to Kilburn Police Station) and the rest is remote.

To be considered you need to be a proven HR Change Specialist - at this stage we arent looking for HR Business Partners that have experience in restructures but we do want those that have done so consistently as the main part of their job managing change.

NB: Offers to successful candidates will be subject to a Metropolitan Police Vetting Check that requires you to declare:

  • Your arrest history and reprimands
  • All warnings, cautions and convictions (this list is not exhaustive)
