A Interim HR Manager:

- Lead the full employee lifecycle as a HR Manager

- Drive forward the diversity and inclusion agenda and initiatives. Look at a previous audit report to implement any new initiatives and gaining accreditation's

- Drive forward an D&I accreditation's

- Review and implement the staff survey results

- Focus on overall improvements for the function

- Lead on any learning and development initiatives and focus on improving their overall offering

- Work with a wider HR team and work in an autonomous and collaborative manner

- Ensure the DEI policy are up to date and implemented effectively

- Potential to go permanent

Profile

A Interim HR Manager with:

- Previous experience working in a charity essential

- Previous HR Generalist or manager level experience with a focus on projects

- Ability to start from November
