Working for a leading global FMCG brand.In this exciting role you will be working as part of a team on an industry leading change program as a Learning and Change Manager. Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, in this busy role, you will be responsible for embedding a new learning operating model within the business.You will be responsible for HR process development and developing the new ways of working as well as running workshops and focus groups and be responsible for communicating and engaging your stakeholders on the new learning offerings within the business.
