An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established not for profit organisation in Central London. The organisation is now looking for an experienced Lean Project Manager to go permanent), working with the HR function to deliver the organisation's Employee Lifecycle transformation programme.

Client Details

This well-known charity, based in Central London, specialises in palliative care services and are now looking for an experienced Lean HR Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Their provision of care and services is expected to double in size and the transformation agenda is linked to ensure the organisation has the correct people and technology systems to ensure it can deliver.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of HR-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organisational objectives.
  • Manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Leverage your experience in implementing and migrating HR systems.
  • Experienced in end to end implementation cycle
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains within HR processes.
  • Implement streamlined workflows and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Align HR processes with strategic business objectives.

Profile

  • Experience in leading HR projects involving Oracle or other HR systems (essential)
  • Must have experience within the Healthcare sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
  • Hybrid-working (1 day a week in the office) in Central London.
  • Flexible working.
