As their Training division continues to grow, particularly in IT, Digital, and professional sectors, they are now seeking a dynamic Learner Recruitment Manager to lead and evolve their learner engagement function.This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for building and managing a team dedicated to attracting, engaging, and progressing candidates into private training and skills programmes.________________________________________Role SummaryAs Learner Recruitment Manager, you will drive the strategy and performance of the learner recruitment team. Your focus will be on creating engaging campaigns, hosting webinars and events, optimising candidate engagement tools, and working in close collaboration with marketing and operational teams. You will oversee team performance against KPIs, ensure high levels of compliance, and contribute to broader growth and delivery plans across the division.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy• Lead and develop a high-performing learner recruitment team.• Set and monitor team KPIs aligned to business growth targets.• Provide coaching, support, and performance development.• Continuously evaluate and improve engagement tools and processes.Collaboration & Communication• Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, operations, and funding.• Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all candidate touchpoints.• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.• Take ownership of candidate engagement events and digital outreach.Operational Oversight & Compliance• Manage and monitor marketing spend and budget allocation.• Oversee compliance processes to ensure accuracy and reduce error rates.• Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops when needed.________________________________________Candidate ProfileEssential Skills & Experience• Proven experience leading a team within recruitment, learner engagement, or training sales.• A track record of selling or promoting training packages/courses to learners.• Strong collaboration with marketing teams to develop high-performing strategies.• Demonstrated ability to grow or scale recruitment or sales functions.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities.• Proactive approach to improving learner journeys and outcomes.• Confident in creating and updating promotional/engagement content.• Knowledge or experience within Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps.________________________________________Interested?If this sounds like the right opportunity for you and you'd like to learn more, we’d love to hear from you.
