A leading SME creative agency are hiring a Part-Time HR Manager to support the new HR function they are building.
Reporting into a part-time Head of People, the new HR Manager will be that go-to person for all employees whilst partnering with managers and heads of to lead an effective people function. You'll be used to a broad remit, acting as a trusted advisor to the business, being a go to for any ER, performance etc and helping improve and elevate the function to provide the best service to the business & people. You will also manage a HR Apprentice, playing an active role in their development.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with SME creative/media industry experience, who understands the challenges that come with working in the industry and can use their expert knowledge to pull everything together. You'll thrive in a busy, creative environment, be able to navigate changing priorities and work in the grey. You will have a hands-on approach and be happy to be involved with the day-to-day!
This is a part-time opportunity 3 days a week. They do offer a hybrid model but would want someone who can be a presence in the office 2 days out of 3 - based in Central London.
