About the Role
Operating within a team environment and carrying over your payroll and benefits expertise and knowledge, you will see yourself playing a strategic role, carrying out daily payroll duties, all whilst contributing to ad hoc projects. As well as but not limited to:
Duties:
- Ensure and manage the monthly payroll
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Liaise and manage all aspects of the benefits schemes including negotiations, renewals etc.
- Act as first point of contact for all payroll escalations
- Contribute and participate in major annual projects as well as ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience
- Experience working within a complex payroll environment is desirable
- Prior experience using Workday is beneficial but not required
- Previously operated within a similar capacity previous
- Prior experience undertaking and managing benefit schemes
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
