Your new companyThis exciting media firm based in Shoreditch is looking for an experienced, adaptable and innovative Payroll Manager, to join our high-performing People team. Your new roleYou'll be the main point of contact for all payroll queries. Working closely with finance, the wider People team and key agency contacts to communicate and collate changes. Administering global payrolls and running a monthly payroll cycle to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time. You'll lead monthly pre-payroll meetings, gathering data and information and structuring the agenda. Proactively explore ways to make payroll and benefits processes more efficient. Designing simple, streamlined procedures, overseeing implementations and communicating them effectively across the business.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in payroll, pensions and the ability to apply these practically. Effective in articulating policies, procedures, benefits and initiatives. Having the ability to develop and implement innovative payroll and benefits solutions is desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. A passion for delivering people-centric projects, from ideation to delivery.
