An SME agency in the creative and advertising space is hiring for a standalone People & Culture Manager role.

Reporting into the MD, this is a true generalist role encompassing the full employee lifecycle for the UK team c. 40 people from recruitment all the way to offboarding, with scope to implement and advance People & culture initiatives and policies around DEI, L&D etc. This also includes some office management such as organising monthly socials for the team, regular comms with suppliers etc.

The team are looking for someone with solid ER exposure, as well as experience handling payroll and other operational elements such as benefits as this is a standalone role in the UK.

Relationship building is a key within this role as it is a tight knit team and you'll be the first point of contact for everyone in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on 'all rounder' who has demonstrated experience thriving in a creative agency environment or somewhere with a fast paced team. You'll need to be tenacious and resilient candidate, happy to muck in where needed and advocate for the UK team.

They are 3 days in their new office space in central London, with great flexible benefits such as work anywhere policy.
