We are recruiting for an experienced People and Data Manager for a permanent position in West London

Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience

Location West London

Working pattern: 2 -3 days a week on site, other days working from home

The role

  • The People Data Manager will play a crucial role in the People team by overseeing the delivery of high-quality People systems
  • Responsible for the continued development and integration of the various People Systems and Data
  • Responsible for the production and maintenance of People Systems process, controls, procedures and audit guides
  • Ongoing review of operational efficiency, controls process etc. in the People team
  • Responsible for the People Systems reporting suite across the network utilising the systems reporting functionality. Ensuring consistency and accuracy of reporting
  • Responsible for People Systems training

Essential experience

  • Extensive experience as a People Data Manager, (not just data )using HR systems, including automation of processes and procedures
  • Experience of managing large data sets in a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of evaluating and improving service delivery
  • Experience of producing, interpreting and presenting management information and metrics to a variety of audiences
  • Experience of creating reports and establishing reporting cycles

Commutable distant to West London 2 - 3 days a week is essential
