An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced standalone People Manager to oversee the People & Culture function. This role is a 12 month maternity cover position in a creative studio and we're looking for someone to uphold our company values and culture during this period.

Client Details

Our client is a global creative studio based in London and New York. They specialise in creating and curating bespoke art schemes to activate spaces through storytelling and brand expression. Their work aims to amplify identity, celebrate culture, and connect people to places

Description

  • Lead and manage the People function, ensuring all operations align with company policies and standards.
  • Oversee the day to day of the people function, in a standalone position.
  • Reporting into the Director of Operations
  • Responsible for all recruitment, including all creative recruitment.
  • Managing the budgets for wellness program
  • Administer benefits programs and employee incentives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for People-related queries from employees and management.
  • Working with CEO, and key stakeholders from the outset

Profile

A successful People Manager should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources, within the Media & Agency industry.
  • Ideally CIPD L3 qualified or above, OR 5 + years demonstrable experience
  • Experience working with USA
  • Experience running a recruitment process end to end.
  • Embedding yourself into an organisation and gaining trust from C-Suite from the outset.
  • Proficiency in managing benefits programs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to start immediately
