Are you a people operations whizz looking for your next challenge? Handle are partnering with an iconic London based entertainment business at an exciting point of its growth trajectory, looking for a People Operations manager on a 6-8 month ftc.

Joining a newly established HR team, this role will bring a new set of skills to the function with a focus on HR tech, data and process. Working closely with your fellow people team members you will get under the skin of how they work and identify what support they need from a people ops perspective in order to deliver impactful people strategy to the business. You will be responsible for elevating how they use their current HR tech, ensuring they are maximizing the current systems and addressing if they need to invest in changes. You will get into the nuts and bolts of the function, ensuring they have great processes in place and their employee handbook is the best it can be.

This role would suit an established HR Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to build and create something from an early stage with this being their first HR Ops specialist role. Or a generalist who has strengths in HR Tech, data and process. The 'must-have' for role is the HR Tech piece, so this must be an area you have experience in and would like to focus on in a new role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate a fast paced start up type environment, have an agile approach and ability to operate in the grey.

Initially being offered as an 8 month fixed term contract to help them secure someone asap - however the business is growing and evolving, there is tons of opportunity ahead! So as well as an amazing ftc stint doing great work with a brilliant team, there could be further opportunity on the horizon for the right candidate.
