The Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator for a temporary position. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers and ensuring smooth scheduling and onboarding. Your key duties within the role will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for multiple hiring managers
  • Managing conflicting priorities, including diary management, making offers, and onboarding new hires
  • Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar administrative tools, including handling reporting tasks
  • Ensuring adherence to recruitment processes and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process
  • Managing diaries, scheduling, and other key administrative duties in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

  • Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other administrative systems with reporting capabilities
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
