A highly successful, household name brand are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their circa 200 person business. As the Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join a diverse group of talented individuals who come from a wide range of backgrounds and possess an extensive array of experience. Reporting to HR Manager, you will join an entrepreneurial people focused team where you will develop and deliver a comprehensive, people centred approach to recruitment and resourcing.
The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Manager role will be a seasoned Recruiter or Talent Specialist who has experience delivering end to end recruitment processes; optimising recruitment tools to attract talent, delivering an outstanding recruitment service to the wide business and leading comprehensive on boarding programmes. You will liaise with hiring managers at all levels to understand their requirements and then deliver a fit for purpose recruitment solution.
To be suitable you will have extensive recruitment and resourcing experience either as an Internal Recruiter, a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a Recruitment Advisor. You will have worked across direct sourcing and will be comfortable building strong working relationships with hiring managers. This would suit an ambitious Recruitment Specialist with a personable, solutions focused approach to talent management.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
