The Role

As the Temporary Recruitment Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team across our London and Hertfordshire office, drive performance, and execute innovative strategies to enhance client delivery and candidate management, the role will be based in the London office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Define team culture, foster collaboration, and create clear benchmarks for success.
• Client Strategy: Expand contract opportunities within the insurance market and develop compelling value propositions.
• Performance Management: Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and focus on high-value opportunities.
• Training & Development: Equip your team with the skills to build contractor books and enhance client relationships.
• Process Improvement: Implement scalable, efficient systems to streamline operations and ensure consistency.

• Proven leadership experience in contract recruitment, ideally within finance and accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of exceeding financial targets.
• Expertise in building relationships with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
