Recruitment Sales Manager - Part TIme
Location: Remote (London-based client focus)
Type: Part-Time, 16 hours per week
Salary: £20 per hour, plus 10% commission on all revenue
Contract: 3 months with a view to extend
We are a freelance recruitment start-up looking for a dynamic and motivated hands-on Recruitment Sales Manager to help us generate new business from scratch. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly, build a client base from the ground up, and take ownership of your sales strategy. You will be responsible for securing SMEs in London who require permanent hybrid or office-based staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the client base from scratch.
- Design and implement a business development strategy to attract SMEs.
- Hit revenue targets by securing at least 5 new clients in the first 3 months.
- Work independently with minimal resources (company email only; candidates must have their own phone, computer, and internet access).
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in generating new business from scratch.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to design lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Access to your own phone, computer, and internet connection.
