?? Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in our London HQ - 8 Bishopsgate)

?? Employment Type: Full-Time

Main Purpose: Recruit, manage, and develop a highly engaged and productive sales team. Encourage a service-led approach to understanding and delivering to the needs of our clients and candidates, ensuring delivery of sales targets and consistent revenue growth, while maintaining personal business contribution, in line with SThree service attributes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Development:

  • Monitor, extract, and analyze data to drive activities and key financial/service metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of sector trends and competitor landscape.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Liaise with senior leaders to assess commercial opportunities and deploy efficient delivery models.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Provide consultative advice and seek opportunities to add value to relationships.
  • Educate the team on the lifetime value of a customer, ensuring positive experiences throughout the journey.
  • Handle client and candidate complaints, acting as a point of escalation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with support services to enhance customer experience.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Work towards personal and team goals to increase profit margins.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure pipeline growth.
  • Engage with key accounts, advocating the "kite" model approach.
  • Meet agreed performance standards related to revenue targets and client retention metrics.

People/Stakeholder Management:

  • Role model service behaviors and recognize good practices that enable client retention.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring high standards of productivity and professional conduct.
  • Address behaviors that may risk engagement and retention of clients or colleagues.
  • Foster an inclusive environment conducive to team engagement and retention.
  • Set SMART performance standards for individual consultants.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process, hiring top talent.
  • Deliver successful onboarding and continuous development through training and coaching.
  • Create personal development plans and encourage career progression.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of SThree's brands and service attributes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data from MIS.
  • Proficient IT skills in relevant applications.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills (business language is English).
  • Proven professionalism and alignment with company values.
  • Experience in making commercial decisions to improve service and profitability.
  • Proven ability to recruit, engage, manage, and develop diverse sales teams.
  • Experience in meeting/exceeding performance standards.
  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
