The Reward Manager position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum plus benefits.

Acting as the go-to contact for Reward policy.
Providing advice to HR colleagues and the broader firm.
Leading on operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review.
Pay Gap Reporting in collaboration with ED&I teams.
Innovation of benefits and Reward strategies.

Skills required:

Previous experience in a Reward function, ideally within a complex environment.
Strong analytical ability.
Excel SME.
Some team management experience advantageous.
