  • Work closely with the HR Director for EMEA and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice.
  • Develop effective working relationships within the business and their client base
  • Lead on the delivery of an operationally excellent HR Service
  • Support the HR Advisory team and manage all ER-related issues
  • Support the graduate and lateral recruitment as required
  • Work closely with the L&D team to ensure training needs and development initiatives are delivered
  • Ensure the accuracy of people data through regular data auditing
  • Oversight of changes to HR policies and procedures, keeping up to date with compliance and legislative requirements
  • Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to client groups on all HR issues

  • Confidence operating at both an operational and strategic level
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of UK employment law
