- Work closely with the HR Director for EMEA and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice.
- Develop effective working relationships within the business and their client base
- Lead on the delivery of an operationally excellent HR Service
- Support the HR Advisory team and manage all ER-related issues
- Support the graduate and lateral recruitment as required
- Work closely with the L&D team to ensure training needs and development initiatives are delivered
- Ensure the accuracy of people data through regular data auditing
- Oversight of changes to HR policies and procedures, keeping up to date with compliance and legislative requirements
- Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to client groups on all HR issues
- Prior experience working in Professional Services
- Evidential experience building rapport with internal stakeholders along with external clients
- Confidence operating at both an operational and strategic level
- Demonstrable working knowledge of UK employment law
- Demonstrative experience handling complex ER cases
- Prior line management experience
