Senior HR Manager - Leading Global Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a highly respected global law firm. You'll lead a small but impactful HR advisory team, ensuring operational excellence across all people-related matters for fee-earner client groups.

Key responsibilities:? Manage and mentor HR Managers and Advisors? Deliver hands-on operational HR support from onboarding to exit? Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders - including managers who oversee lawyer populations? Oversee employee relations, policy updates, and compliance? Collaborate on recruitment, L&D initiatives, and data accuracy? Balance strategic input with operational, sleeves-rolled-up delivery

What we're looking for:

? Proven experience as an HR Manager within a law firm environment? Solid understanding of UK employment law and complex ER case management? Comfortable juggling both operational detail and strategic oversight? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills? A collaborative leader who's passionate about people development
