Senior HR Project ManagerHybrid- 3 days a week in officeLondon or Cambridge£95,000 - £100,000 + bonusNetwork HR have been exclusively retained by a FTSE 250 Global Leader in Industrial Software to recruit a Senior HR Project Manager to be based in London (or Cambridge). The successful Senior HR Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects, which have an impact both internally to the people team and externally to the business. This role is instrumental to the delivery of transformational projects and those enabling the people team to support the business through significant change. The role is strongly goal oriented, and will require excellent collaboration, innovation, and creativity skills to navigate a wide variety of projects and stakeholders Responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget and to the required standard
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure; manage project gating
  • Source and manage internal and external resources to deliver the project
  • Agree the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure the project team is assembled based on resource availability and skills required
  • Establish and facilitate project governance
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, using agreed tools
  • Ensure project deliverables are assigned based on team members skillsets, strengths, and experience
  • Plan and manage transition of the finished project products into BAU; ensure appropriate change management
  • Facilitate quality assurance, including regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance
  • Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Manage changes to scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Ensure project risks and issues are effectively identified and managed; perform proactive contingency planning
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with the required process and standard
  • Communicate and report in a timely manner; escalate as appropriate
  • Analyse successful completion of goals and projects to establish best practice; orchestrate project review and document lessons learnt
The successful candidate will have a background operating as a HR generalist and will pride themselves on stakeholder management and relationship building. What else will you need:
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Experience of project management
  • Excellent resource planning and scheduling skills
  • HR professional with global experience preferred
  • Able to develop and track budget
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking; working to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills – planning for success and can-do attitude
