We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading casino based in Mayfair as their new Senior People & Culture Manager. You will play an integral part in providing operational and strategic support, minimising risk for the business whilst supporting the development of an employee-oriented positive company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, talent development, and high performance.

* Partnering with the leadership team to communicate, educate and empower on HR driven policies, procedures and laws.

* Coaching, mentoring, empowering and supporting the operational management on owning and dealing with all elements of employee relations.

* Implementing and overseeing performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, values, vision as well as driving succession planning and continuous improvement.

* Reviewing and analysing HR metrics (ie absence, attrition, family friendly requests) to actively minimise risk, identify trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

* Supporting, leading and managing succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organisational design, and change management.

The Senior People and Culture Manager will be onsite 3 days a week with 2 from home.
