Basic: 35k - 40k commission and bonus, Hybrid Working

We are working exclusively with a specialist telecommunications recruitment business based in Central London (Liverpool Street)

Established 20 years and with one of the strongest / tight client base you will see in the industry, they work mostly in roles in Europe, specifically Germany, where they are a mainly focussing on interim positions.

The opportunity

To delivery high quality telco candidates into their existing clients, working alongside there Senior team and account managers, whilst managing a small and growing team.

Developing and day to day management of the team to improve results.

Your primary focus will be source these candidates via their large database, headhunting and linkedin.

You will be the focus point the recruitment process, responsible for selecting, and screening candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.

Working closely with our clients to understand their hiring requirements and to obtain more roles from the clients.

  • Process management: Managing the full delivery recruitment cycle from the 1st candidate call to offer
  • Arranging interviews, feedback management and closing
  • Daily management of the team
  • Ensuring personal and team targets are achieved.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • 3+ experience in technology / telco recruitment
  • Some level of mentoring / leadership or the passion to do so.
  • The passion to develop existing client / candidate and team member relationships
  • Diligent with a forensic approach
  • Happy to be on the phone and make outbound calls.
