Our client is seeking an experienced Senior level Recruitment Manager with proven success in hiring at partner level. This is a great opportunity for someone to work in a global environment, across several geographical offices and ensuring the recruitment needs are being met to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Head of Recruitment to ensure the delivery of a best in class service in line with the firm strategy
- Support, develop, mentor and coach direct reports or more junior team members
- Lead the implementation of projects to a successful outcome
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders globally
- Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice
- Drive thought leadership, innovative ways of thinking and a global approach
- Deputise for Head of Recruitment and escalation point for queries from other team members.
Ideally the successful candidate with come from a professional services background, possess excellent team and people management skills and be an outstanding communicator who is able to influence and lead both the team and stakeholders.
